Vision

To become a centre and provide a focus for ministry with sports and recreational people, their groups and activities.
To provide a place for worship, study and prayer with and for sports and recreational people, their teams and supporters.
To provide a ministry with unchurched people who identify with sport and recreational activities and participants, and to be a place where they can celebrate their important life events e.g. baptisms, marriages, funerals and other occasions of significance in their lives.
To be a centre for Sports Chaplains to meet.
To be a place of sanctuary in the midst of a busy and noisy city and suburb.

Christ Church Gordons Cricket Club

It is envisioned that Christ Church will be a more than ecumenical centre where people feel welcome and at home whether they have a Christian denominational affiliation, are of other religious persuasion or claim no religion.

Nestled beside Suncorp Stadium, Christ Church no longer dominates the landscape, but for us, this is one of the most unique sites in the world.
