- What does CHRIST CHURCH COMMUNITY PRECICNT MILTON refer to?

The Precinct consists of the Church, the Old Rectory, the Memorial Reserve which is home to the remnants of the early Paddington/Brisbane Cemetery headstones, Precinct Grounds and Gardens.
The Old Rectory Building is now open for community members to conduct workshops, functions and meetings; hire fees apply.
The Church Building is also available for hire for such activities as theatrical productions, musical recitals, etc; hire fees apply. The criteria for hire, is based on the Parish & Precinct’s Ethos.
- What is the seating capacity of the Precinct’s Venue?

The seating capacity of the Hardman-Perry Room (the Old Rectory Function Rooms) is 40 – 50 seats, and the Grounds is 160 – 180 for set seating arrangements. The Church seats 200 people.
- What parking is available?

There is ample parking available in Chippendall Street and the surrounding streets of the immediate area of the Parish. Where a permit is required, this is available from the Parish Office.
- Are there liquor licensing regulations which apply to the use of the Precinct’s facilities?

Christ Church Community Precinct Milton is not responsible for any alcohol sold or supplied during the hire of its facilities. It is the responsibility of the hirer to enquire and acquire the appropriate licences in compliance with the Liquor Licensing Division of the Department of Tourism, Racing and Fair Trading. Contact the Department on (07) 3224 7024.
- Are catering services made available?

The Precinct can provide various levels of catering to suit the hirer’s budget; details are available on application. Alternatively, it is permissible for the hirer to organise and hire a Catering Service Provider of their choosing.
- Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Since the Old Rectory and the Church are Heritage-Listed Buildings. No smoking permitted within the buildings.
